A federal judge in Arizona denied an attempt by two students to join their action with a certified class over Grand Canyon University's refusal to refund partial costs of room and board for the spring 2020 semester, according to an order issued in the case. Seth Hannibal-Fisher and David Tran moved to consolidate their pending case with Carson Little's certified class, which represents 'all students enrolled in on-campus classes at Grand Canyon University for the Spring of 2020 semester' who were charged and paid fees for university services not provided.
